Cognoscenti Cycles requires payment in full before we will ship any wheels. After the design of a custom wheel set has been approved we require a 50% non refundable deposit to begin the work. Upon completion, the final 50% will be required  to complete the transaction and then your wheels will be promptly shipped out to you.
